DRUG ABUSE AMONG RUN AWAY CHILDREN

There are many runaway children who feels that they have no support with them so in this situation they start to take drugs to keep their self away from the situation of loneliness and depression. when they continuously take drugs then after some period it become their habit ,this situation is called DRUG ABBUSE .One of the main reason of drug addiction among these children are that it is more easily available and it is not expansive
The first type of drug abuse is alcohol, tobacco and coco products. Injection drugs are also used commonly among run away children and youth. Most of the runaway children who take drugs regularly, face depression and the other psychological problems. Symptoms of drug addiction depend upon the drug being abused. The sign that indicate the drug addiction among these children are:
Ø They always try to change their company
Ø They start stealing and lying

Ø Confused,
Ø anxiety
Ø Vomiting
Ø Stomach disorder
The drug abuse is more in runaway children rather then the children who live in houses because these runaway children mostly involved in gangs, who force them to do so.

    This post is informative. Drugs are bad for health but still people consume them. If people have certain problems then they tend to hide from them using drugs. My son got into all this at the young age but we took him to addiction counseling Virginia center for proper treatment which turned out to be a right decision.
