There are some runaway preventions for parents to keep their children happy in this way will never try to run away from their home because. When runaways are away from the normal environment , they are at risk and susceptible to factors that can affect him, and he is not mentally prepared for them to deal, so there should be some runaway prevention for parents ,not for parents but for every one, include parents should never challenge him to runaway in this way he can be emotional and will certainly try to do it, never raise your voice even if your child is doing something against u rather should try to talk to him with love, and never interrupt him while he is saying something try to listen his words carefully.

Ø Try to teach them always with love and teach them to take their own actions.
Ø Serve u as a friend, to help him, listen secrets, etc etc
Ø Home should be ideal place for him, its atmosphere should be comfortable.
Ø Build opportunities or child in this way he will be able to learn from life and to make his own decisions.

This is highly elitist and ignores the fact that some children run away from home due to poverty. I don't see any jobs cropping up for the illiterate, so the list that you have made only caters to a particular class that feels the need to pacify their children.
